Ingredient Fee : $10 Ingredient (Payable to Trainer)
The class will be either DEMO/SEMI HANDS-ON WORKSHOP for adults 1 session
Min: 6 pax Max: 20 pax
Take note this is an adult workshop
Ingredients use is Halal certified
Participants need to bring own containers to bring back the food after class.
Participants are encouraged to mask-on.
Participants will get to bring back 4 x Bake Mooncakes & 4 x Snowskin Mooncakes.
About Training Provider
Tan Soh Hoon has been conducting cooking classes at the CCs for the past 10 years. She specialises in Cake and Kueh Making, Agar Agar and Dianxin Making. She has also conducted special workshops for students. To enrich herself, she has been attending courses conducted by local chefs and those from Indonesia and Germany.
