Mental Reset is dedicated to reshaping youth's perceptions of mental health and promoting mental well-being through open conversations and meaningful experiences.
This year's theme, "Reset & Renew," encourages youths to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover simple yet practical ways to care for their mental wellness. Participants can look forward to an engaging mental health sharing session, followed by hands-on activities including journal decoration, terrarium making, DIY keychain crafting, and an exciting escape room experience. Together, these activities provide a fun and supportive environment for learning, creativity, self-care, and connection.
