  RULES & REGULATIONS 

• Participants to pay $120 per booking (booking hours 5:45pm-9:45pm)
• Maximum 20 participants per session
• All participants will need to maintain a fully vaccinated status with at least 3 doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
• No Commercial or political activities should be held within the RN centre. Events which are religious in nature are strictly not allowed. 
• Residents’ gatherings with the intention to propagate any information that may result in conflict or social disorders are not allowed. 
• No illegal and immoral activities are allowed in the RN Centre. 
• No Touting / Selling of 4D / Gambling. 
• No consuming of food and drinks (except bottled mineral water). 
• No Smoking in within the RN premises. 
• Do not create noise, disturbances, disruptions or inconvenience to other residents within and outside the RN Centre. 
• The People’s Association and RN shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident or loss of property during the event. 

Participants with the following COVID-19 symptom are not allowed to enter in the premises.

• Fever
• Cough
• Tiredness
• Loss of taste or smell
• Less common symptoms:
• Sore throat
• Headache
• Aches and pains
• Diarrhoea
• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Loss of speech or mobility, or confusion
• Chest pain

RN reserves the right to: 

• Change or include additional conditions as and when necessary; 
• Reject application, case any activity and request the residents and/ or the guests to leave the RN Centre immediately if the above Terms & Conditions are infringed.
