This is for the open mixed doubles.
Pickleball brings families and friends, young and old together. Hence Marymount Community Sports Network (CSN) aims to provide opportunities for residents of all backgrounds to bond together through friendly sports tournament.
Rules
1. The tournament shall be governed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of USAPA and Tournament Participant’s Code of Ethics
- Unless otherwise stated, we shall be adopting the latest edition of the USA Pickle- ball Official RulebookScoring system shall follow SPA rally scoring rules. Player may refer to Appendix B for Rally Scoring Rules.
- Players may use any USA Pickleball approved paddle that are posted on the USAPA website. Players are to note that paddles falsely marked with USAPA Approval markings shall not be allowed in the Tournament and shall be subjected to non-approved paddle rules as spelt out in the USAPA Official Rules. Players are advised to keep a screenshot of their paddle approval listing from the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List.
- All matches shall be non-officiated and there shall be NO officials, referees and/or line judges. Players will call their own scores and make the line calls in accordance to the guidelines spelt out in the Official Rulebook.
- Registration is open to the community through the various social media channels.
- Team members shall be Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and non-Singapore Citizens residing in Singapore with valid passes as stated below
- - Student Pass
- - Long Term Pass,
- - Dependent’s Pass,
- - Work Permit,
- - S Pass, or
- - Employment Pass
We shall be using USA Pickleball approved Franklin X-26 (Lime Green) for this tourna- ment.
Official and final information, briefs and schedules shall be sent to Team Managers, Captains via Email. Team Managers and Captains are to ensure that their Emails and Contact Numbers are correct and accurate on registration.

Team Format
- The Tournament shall have a maximum capacity of 8 Teams, with 2 reserved for offline registration.
- Each Team shall consist of 10 members,
2 Youth Ladies
2 Senior Men
2 Senior Ladies
Open choice of 2 players with a combination of ladies, men, youth and senior.
This is for the open mixed doubles.
- Each team must have minimum 8 of its players being Singapore Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR). Each team must also have minimum 3 Marymount/Bishan Toa Payoh GRC residents.
- Once Team Line-Up is submitted to the organiser, there shall be no substitution of play- ers for any reasons whatsoever.
- Any participant shall only represent 1 team. If a participant is found to be registered with more than 1 team after the registration, the participant(s) shall be disqualified. No substitution or replacement shall be allowed, and affected teams shall play with one less player.
- Team Match Format: Each Team Match shall consist of the following matches,
- a. Youth Men Doubles
- b. Senior Men Doubles
- c. Youth Ladies Doubles
- d. Senior Ladies Doubles
- e. Open Mixed Doubles (Team can have a choice of players of any gender or age but must have criteria of youth, senior, lady and man, eg 1 youth man and 1 senior lady, 1 senior man and 1 youth lady)
- For every Team Match, any team member shall play once only. Ladies are allowed to play in the Men category and Seniors are allowed to play in the Youth category (but not vice versa).
- Each Team shall field a full line-up to fulfil each Team Match. Incomplete line-ups shall result in forfeiture of the game in that Match.
