Event Description
The Malay Culinary Interest Group Members under the Siglap South CC MAEC will share on their cherished home recipe for Tahu Telur and Kacang Pool. Participants will watch live demonstrations on the preparation of the ingredients and learn the step-by-step process of cooking these traditional dishes. At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to taste the freshly prepared dishes.
