Donor (applicant) to bring along 2 Donees (min. 1 aged 21 & above) to complete the certification on event day. 

Please note priority will be given to seniors (aged 65 & above).

Please register according to your preferred timeslot. Slots are taken up on a first come, first served basis. We will contact you upon registration.
