Event Description
Please read:
- Individuals who wish to file the LPA (i.e donor) and individual(s) who will be appointed in the event the donor loses mental capacity (i.e donee) must both be present, must bring along their NRIC/FIN/Passport and must have the Singpass app.
- Donee(s) must be at least 21 years and above. Donors can appoint 1 or 2 donees.
- Pre-registration is required at go.gov.sg/lpapp2026maec or scan the QR code.
- Limited slots available! Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation.
- Register by 1st October 2026.
- Only for Singaporeans.
