4-hour general first aid and automated external defibrillator awareness course that equips participants with basic knowledge of emergency medical procedures.

Criteria:
- For Singapore Citizens or PRs aged 14 years old and above
- Minimum of 12 pax to start the course
- Role of the First Aider/Performing a Primary Survey
- First Aid treatment for Wounds and Bleeding, Fractures, Sprains and Strains, Burns and Scalds, Seizures and Stroke
- Hands-on practice for Improvised First Aid Skills, common types of bandaging and immobilisation of limbs
