Event Description
Experience a day of wellness ~ Sound bath is a science-informed approach that brings you into deep rest and recovery mode. It is a guided relaxation experience where you lie down and listen to gentle sounds from instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and crystal instruments!
