Event Description
Know Your Sugar: A Breakfast & Diabetes Awareness Talk is a community health event aimed at raising diabetes awareness and promoting healthier lifestyles. Residents can look forward to informative talks on diabetes care and healthy eating, a cooking demonstration, and interactive activities offering practical tips on managing sugar intake, making healthier food choices and staying active.
The event is organised by the Hong Kah North Community Health Group in partnership with Diabetes Singapore, Lions Clubs International District 309, and Zone 3 Residents' Network.
