Open to Thomson RN residents aged 7 years and above, participants will compete in the Open Singles category for attractive prizes. Come and enjoy a day of healthy competition, sportsmanship, and community bonding.

Eligibility

• Open to Thomson RN residents, as well as students and teachers from CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School and Mayflower Secondary School
• Minimum age: 7 years old
• Existing national players are not eligible to participate.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Registration

• Registration closes on: 16 Oct 23:59
• Registration fee: $2 per participant
• Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Participants may be required to present proof of residency or identification during registration or on event day.
• Drawing of fixtures will be conducted on 18 Oct at 4.00pm.

Competition Format

• The tournament will be conducted in a knockout format.
• Match format and scoring system will be determined by the Organiser based on the final number of participants.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the competition format where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the tournament.
• The Organiser's decision on all match results and tournament matters shall be final.

Event Clauses

• The Organiser reserves the right to verify participant information and disqualify any participant found to have provided inaccurate information.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend the event format, schedule, venue, rules, or prizes where necessary.
• The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule the event without prior notice should unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By participating in the event, participants consent to the use of photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for publicity and promotional purposes by the Organiser.
• The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the tournament shall be final and binding.
