Keat Hong Sunshine Family Carnival

Terms and conditions (For Flea Market)

Requirements:
Singaporeans and PRs are welcomed

Prohibited items:
  1. No selling of food & drinks
  2. No Banking or Financial related products/services
  3. No porn, offensive, dangerous or illegal items
  4. Counterfeit, copy-right infringed products
  5. Any item that in violation of Singapore’s Law
  6. Any items that are in conflict of the interest of the organizer
  7. Utilisation of dangerous implements and materials
Booth info:
  1. Vendor(s) are to adhere to the allocated booth space, unless prior approval is given by the Organizer. Vendor(s) can look for their stall space on the event day by the stall number labelled on the table. (1 table with 2 chairs)
  2. Vendors shall be liable to any losses or damages to our asset
  3. Vendors are only allowed to setup on the day of the event.
  4. Vendors must set up 1 hour before the set-up timing of the flea market event unless stated otherwise. Vendor(s) are to start packing up half an hour before the flea market ends.

  1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses of your items.
  2. The Organizer is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during the flea market.
  3. No refund will be made for cancellation of booking
