Calling all Pasir Ris West men aged 50 and above!
Want to learn how to marinate and BBQ like a master? Kampong Bro Organising Committee is proud to present an upcoming workshop conducted by chefs from Sofra Turkish Cafe & Restaurant!
At just $25/pax, you'll learn the art of marination and BBQ across two weekends in September and October. First, hone your skills during the resident sessions on 26–27 Sep. Then, return on 3 Oct to marinate a fresh batch of meat — this time, for your family! Invite them down on 4 Oct to enjoy the fruits of your labour, and receive a special "graduation gift" to mark the occasion.

Session 2 (Residents)
- 26 Sep 2026, 10am–12pm: Marination Workshop @ Pasir Ris Elias CC #04-03B Culinary Studio
- 27 Sep 2026, 5pm–8pm: BBQ Workshop @ Pasir Ris Elias CC L1 Carpark
Session 3 (Combined Session — up to 3 family members invited!)
- 3 Oct 2026, 1.30pm–4pm: Marination Workshop @ Pasir Ris Elias CC #04-03B Culinary Studio. Prepare and marinate more meat to be enjoyed by your family! (Note: only youself is needed for this date)
- 4 Oct 2026 (FINALE), 5pm–8pm: Family BBQ @ Pasir Ris Elias CC L1 Carpark. Fire up the grill and BBQ your marinated food for your family members!
