IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met or if resort rooms are fully occupied.
2. Transport will depart on time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
3. All participants must ensure that their passports have at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of travel.
4. Payments made are non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by the Organiser.
5. Children aged 4 and below (born on 7 September 2022 or later) travel FREE without a coach seat. Children born on 6 September 2022 or earlier will be charged the same price as adults.
6. Participants aged 17 and below who are travelling without their parents must obtain parental consent before registering.
