In celebration of CSN’s 50 years of unifying our community, we invite you to be part of an exciting year-long initiative - I am a Sports Champ 2026!
"I am a Sports Champ" aims to encourage residents to stay active, try new sports, and connect with one another through 9 different sports happening throughout the year. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, this is your chance to challenge yourself, have fun, and be a true Sports Champ!
How Does It Work?

How Does It Work?
- Register and collect your Sports Passport at Ci Yuan Community Club Reception at 51 Hougang Ave 9, Singapore 538776.
- Keep a lookout for the 9 Sports Champ events – simply look for the “I am a Sports Champ” logo on event posters.
- Register and participate in the sports events and get your passport chopped/signed at the end of each event.
- Once you’ve gotten 5 chops/signatures, fill in a Completion Form.
- Upon successful verification, you’ll be contacted with your redemption details.
- Limited to 100pax. First come first serve
