Hillview Connections NC Team Bonding and Workplan aims to strengthen relationships among committee members, foster teamwork and enhance collaboration in planning and implementing community initiatives. Through interactive team-bonding activities and workplan discussions, members will have the opportunity to build mutual trust, exchange ideas and align their goals and priorities for the year ahead.

The session also provides a platform for members to review existing initiatives, identify areas for improvement and develop new ideas to better engage residents across the Hillview community. By strengthening team cohesion and fostering a shared sense of purpose, the committee aims to work more effectively together to build a more connected, inclusive and caring community.
