FAQs
  1. How difficult is the walk? - The walk is generally easy but includes some bending, occasional walking on uneven sandy ground, and waddling in ankle-deep water. It may not be suitable for participants who require mobility aids.
  2. What is the recommended age group? - The tour is suitable for all ages. Children aged 3 and below may not fully follow the knowledge shared and often prefer to be carried partway through. From around age 4 onwards, kids are usually able to better understand and enjoy the stories, facts, and interactions during the adventure.
  3. Is the tour suitable for elderly participants? - Yes, but do note that the terrain can be a little uneven in certain areas. Participants should be reasonably mobile and comfortable walking on natural shorelines.
  4. Are aquashoes (watershoes) compulsory? - Aquashoes are not compulsory, but they are strongly encouraged for your safety and comfort. Covered shoes with a good grip are also fine, while crocs are acceptable as the bare minimum. For safety reasons, flip flops are not allowed during the tour.
  5. Is photography allowed? - Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to bring your camera or phone to capture the amazing biodiversity.
