By registering for and participating in this event, you hereby consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other such purpose(s) that the Hougang CC SCEC or the People's Association (“PA”), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit for its use. You also hereby agree to release Hougang CC SCEC and the PA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

Participant agrees to hold themselves solely responsible for any mishap or injury that may occur during, or as a result of my participation in any course or activity organised by, including the rental of equipment from the People's Association. Participant shall not hold the People's Association or their staff, servants and agents responsible for any damage to or loss of property or life which may be sustained by the participant during the course or arising from any cause in connection with participants' course or activity.
