Terms & Conditions:

• 24 October 2026 (Saturday) is exclusively for Potong Pasir residents only. 25 October 2026 (Sunday) is open to the public.
• To facilitate a smoother registration experience, tickets are available in entry time slots of 3.00pm, 3.30pm and 4.00pm. Participants are encouraged to arrive during their selected time slot. Once admitted, participants may enjoy all event activities and stage performances until the event concludes at 7.00pm.
• Each ticket is valid for one (1) person and one (1) event day only, based on the date selected during registration.
• Halloween Mystery 2026 on 24 and 25 October 2026 features the same event programme and activities. Participants only need to purchase a ticket for the day they wish to attend. There is no need to purchase tickets for both days unless they wish to attend on both days.
• A valid ticket is required to participate in any event activities and/or redeem the event goodie bag. This includes craft activities, stage performances, games and challenges, snacks, the haunted maze and other ticketed activities offered during the event.
• Each valid ticket holder is entitled to one (1) goodie bag, subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable once registration/payment has been completed.
• Participants must present their valid ticket/registration confirmation for verification upon entry and/or when requested by the organiser.
• Event activities, programmes and items are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted or cancelled at the organiser’s discretion due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice where necessary.
