Half-Day CPR-AED Course [For Woodlands Residents Only]

Join us for a 4-hour CPR-AED course designed to gain knowledge and confidence to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) during emergencies.

CLASS 1:

⏰ Time: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
📍 Location: Woodlands CC, Classroom D

CLASS 2: 

📅 Date: 13 September 2026 [Sunday]
⏰ Time: 9:30pm to 1:30pm 
📍 Location: Woodlands CC, Classroom A

👥 Who can attend? CERT members, GRLs & Residents (Singaporeans/PRs) aged 15 and above

What You’ll Learn:

✅ Principles of resuscitation
✅ CPR procedures & techniques
✅ AED functions & cardiac arrest response
✅ Theory & practical certification test
 

Things to take note:
✅Arrive at least 30 minutes before course commence
✅Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for practical or hands-on activities.
✅Bring your own water bottle 
 

⚠️ Physical Requirements:
🔹 Participants must be physically fit—the certification test requires 180 compressions in 120 seconds while kneeling.
🚫 Pregnant participants are not allowed to attend.
