Important: All members who wish to sign up for the program must go through a physical assessment scheduled by Bishan CC Gym Tonic Trainers.
Non-authorised members who made payment without going through the assessment will be refunded. Refund processing time will take more than 3 months.
Gym Tonic program is a strength training program for seniors, 60 years old and above. The 12-week training program, 1hr session twice a week costs $180.
Operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm only.
