Take charge of your eye health — for free with screening conducted by doctors and nurses from the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC)!
Pre-registration is required. As slots are limited, please register early to avoid disappointment!
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in the Hong Kah North Constituency
- Aged 45 years old and above
- Not currently on follow-up or seeking eye treatment at any eye clinic or centre
