Event Description
LOCATION: Punggol West Community Square
(Next to Blk 218 Sumang Walk Coffee Shop)
Food2share is open exclusively to Punggol West residents.
Registered participants are required to attend the event in person.
Each household is limited to one registration only. Duplicate registrations involving the same household or address will be rejected.
Identification verification may be required on site.

By proceeding with the registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1) Registration & Eligibility
The event is strictly for Punggol West residents who have successfully registered for the event.
2) Confirmation Ticket
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is unable to present a valid Confirmation Ticket.
3) Identification & CHAS Verification
Participants May be required to present a valid identification document, including a CHAS Card displayed either through the Singpass App or as a physical card, for verification before entry and/or collection of food items.
4) Food Distribution
The quantity and variety of food items distributed may vary from month to month and are subject to availability.
5) Food Safety
Participants are advised to check the condition and expiry date of all food items collected before consumption.
The organiser shall not be responsible for the consumption of food items after collection.
6) One Person Per Household
Only one person per household is permitted to enter the collection site and collect the food items.
7) Photography & Videography
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for documentation, publicity and community engagement purposes.
8) Reusable Bags & Trolleys
Participants are encouraged to bring their own trolleys and reusable bags for the collection of food items.
9) No Walk-In Collection
Due to the limited availability of food items, only residents who have successfully pre-registered for the Food2Share event are entitled to collect food items.
Volunteers are strictly not permitted to accommodate walk-in requests from unregistered residents, regardless of the circumstances.
10) Assigned Collection Time
Registered residents are required to present themselves for collection at least 5 minutes before their assigned time slot. Residents who arrive after their allocated time slot has ended, or who fail to arrive within the stipulated collection window, may forfeit their entitlement to collect the food items.
Any exception will be subject to the organiser's discretion.
11) Right of Admission
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or collection, and/or cancel a registration, in the event of any breach of the above Terms & Conditions.
12) Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary to ensure the smooth, fair and safe conduct of the event. Any amendments will be communicated where applicable.
