Booth Confirmation
Your booth is confirmed once the Organiser, Seletar-Serangoon Youth Network, approves your application and payment has been verified. Cancellations or postponements are generally not allowed. If you have a valid reason, you may submit a request for the Organiser's approval.
Booth Allocation and Set-Up
Booths are pre-allocated by the Organiser, Seletar-Serangoon Youth Network. You are not allowed to shift or swap booths with other vendors. Please note that no logistics support or electrical points will be provided — the venue space at the void deck of Blk 950 Hougang Street 91 is the only provision. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own decorations and sale items.
Set-up begins at 3.30pm. The flea market runs from 4.00pm to 6.30pm. Please have your booth order confirmation email ready for verification upon arrival.
Booth Operations
All vendors must operate within the stipulated hours of 4.00pm to 6.30pm. If you need to open late or close early, a valid reason must be provided. Vendors who do not turn up will forfeit their booth without any refund or postponement. Touting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only considered under the following circumstances: a medical emergency (valid MC required), the death of an immediate family member (death certificate required), or other unavoidable situations with supporting documents submitted at least 7 days before the event. All requests must be sent via email and are subject to the Organiser, Seletar-Serangoon Youth Network's approval.
