📌 Market Rules 

• Registration is open to Aspella Neighbourhood residents only.

• Spaces are limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

• Food and beverage items are not permitted.

• Please ensure all registration details are accurate, especially the items you intend to sell.

• Vendors are only permitted to sell items declared during registration.

• Event Schedule: Vendor setup begins at 8:00am. The flea market will be open from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

• Stall lot numbers will not be published online.

• Stall allocations will be managed by the organising committee. Requests for specific booth locations cannot be accommodated.

• Vendors will receive their allocated stall number and event details via WhatsApp one day before the event.

• Vendors who book two (2) or more booths may not be allocated adjacent booths due to venue layout and category planning.

Eligibility & Products

• This flea market is strictly for Aspella Neighbourhood residents only.

• Vendors may only sell items declared during registration.

• Food and beverage items are strictly prohibited.

• Counterfeit, imitation or inauthentic products are strictly prohibited.

• Products that are illegal, obscene, pornographic, or against public interest or political interests are strictly prohibited.

Booth Allocation & Operations

• Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

• Booth allocations are final and non-transferable.

• The organising committee reserves the right to amend, rearrange or reject booth allocations where necessary to ensure fairness and smooth event operations.

• The organising committee's decision on booth allocation is final.

• Vendors found selling undeclared or prohibited items may be instructed to remove the items or have their booth application rejected.

• All displays, tables and racks must remain within the allocated booth space.

• Walkways and neighbouring booths must not be obstructed.

Liability

• The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vendors' belongings.

• Vendors who fail to comply with the Market Rules may be asked to cease operations immediately and may be barred from future flea market events.

By registering for the Aspella Block Party Flea Market, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You consent to photography, videography, audio recording and interviews conducted during the event.

• You agree that the People's Association (PA), Aspella Residents' Network and their authorised partners, vendors or representatives may use, publish and reproduce these recordings for publicity, promotional, educational and archival purposes across print, online, broadcast and other media.

• You waive any rights to compensation, royalties or claims arising from the use of such materials.

• You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by the organisers and PA for the administration and publicity of this event in accordance with applicable policies.

• By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
