“My Parc Dew, My Community”- Children’s Art Competition
Rules & Regulations
Eligibility
- The competition is open to children aged 12 years old and below.
- Each participant must be a valid ticket holder for the event.
Theme / Artwork Requirement
- The artwork must feature Fernvale Parc Dew Residents’ Network Centre and/or the Parc Dew neighbourhood (Blocks 400 to 401 Fernvale Lane).
- Participants are encouraged to express their creativity and interpretation of the neighbourhood through their artwork.
Competition Duration
- The competition will commence at 9.15 am and end at 11.30 am sharp. All participants must stop work and submit their completed artwork by 11.30 am. No additional time will be given.
Drawing Paper
- All artwork must be completed on the official A3 drawing paper provided by the Organising Committee. Artwork submitted on other paper or materials will not be accepted.
Prepared Work / References
- Participants may prepare their ideas, sketches or references beforehand. However, the final artwork must be drawn and completed on the official A3 drawing paper provided.
Art Materials
- Participants are required to bring their own stationery, drawing and colouring materials, such as pencils, erasers, crayons, colour pencils, markers or other suitable art materials.
Artwork Orientation
- Artwork may be presented in either portrait or landscape orientation.
Original Work
- Each participant must submit his/her own original artwork. Parents, guardians or other persons should not assist in the actual drawing or colouring of the competition artwork.
Prizes
- Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 entries: 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize
Submission
- Participants must complete and submit their artwork within the stipulated competition period. Late submissions may not be considered.
Judging Criteria
- Entries will be assessed based on creativity, originality, relevance to the theme, artistic expression and overall presentation.
Judges’ Decision
- The decision of the judges shall be final, and no appeals or correspondence regarding the results will be entertained.
General
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend these Rules & Regulations where necessary and to make decisions on matters not specifically covered herein.

- Tickets are exclusively for residents residing at Blks 400A to 401G Fernvale Lane and residents of Parc Greenwich
- Limited tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis
- All games and food are available while stocks last
