Please read below before making any payment:
1. Please register your booking via www.go.gov.sg/mulberrybbq at least 14 days before your preferred booking slot.
2. Allow up to 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding PH) between 10am to 6pm for us to get back to you with regards to your booking via email.
3. Successful applicant be redirected to make payment for the booking of BBQ pits.
 

Please note that any payments made for BBQ booking that is not confirmed via email by Fengshan Mulberry RN would not be refunded.

4. Any payment made for BBQ booking that is not confirmed via email from the organiser would not be regarded and no refund would be made.
5. Should applicant make payment after the deadline indicated on the pending payment email and time slot requested is fully taken, no refund would be made.  
 

1. What are the available booking time slots?
The BBQ pit time slots are in 4-hour blocks:

• 10am to 2pm
• 2pm to 6pm
• 6pm to 10pm

2. If I only want to use the BBQ pit space without using the pits, do I still need to pay?
Yes, payment is required as long as you are using the BBQ space for private celebrations, regardless of whether the pits are used.

3. Where are the BBQ pits located?
They are located between Block 75 and Block 76 Bedok North Road.

4. How many BBQ pits are available?
There are two BBQ pits.

5. How can I check the availability of BBQ slots?
To check availability, please fill out the registration form at www.go.gov.sg/mulberrybbq before making any payment. Payments made without confirmation from the organiser will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued if your desired slot is unavailable.

6. Are refunds available?
No, refunds will not be provided for any reason once payment has been made.
