  1. Eligibility
    1. The event is open to all Residents and Grassroots Leaders (GRLs) serving in EUNOS Constituency.
(2/3 of the team must be Eunos residents/GRLs & the 3rd bowler can be residing in Aljunied GRC Clusters)
    2. The bowler’s residential eligibility shall be based on the address stated in his/her NRIC or any official documents.
    3. National bowlers are not allowed to participate. The list of National bowlers shall be based on the advice of the Singapore Bowling Federation (SBF).

  1. Team Composition
    1. This is a mixed team event. Each team must consist of three (3) participants, with at least one female bowler.
    2. There are no age eligibility restrictions or bowling handicaps.

  1. Format of Play
    1. A team must field three (3) bowlers, including at least one female bowler, in compliance with the team composition criteria specified in points 2 and 3, to compete on tournament day.
    2. Each bowler shall bowl for a maximum of three (3) games or up to the time limit of two hours whichever comes first. Any games played beyond the time limit will not be counted.
    3. The highest total pinfall over the three games within the two-hour limit will determine the top three winning teams, as well as the top three individual high game series.
    4. All games will be bowled on a pair of lanes, with each team alternating between their assigned lanes.
    5. Once the score has been recorded, it cannot be altered unless there is an obvious scoring or calculation error. Such errors must be corrected by a Tournament Official immediately upon discovery. Disputes will be resolved by the Organisers.

  1. Provision to Format of Play
    1. If a bowler is injured (or unable to continue play for any reason) during a game, their score will stand at the point of the injury. However, if the injured bowler is the team’s only female bowler, the team will be disqualified, and their score will not count toward any awards.
    2. Substitutions are not allowed. However, the remaining players may continue to bowl and remain eligible for individual awards.

  1. Bowling on Wrong Lanes
    1. If the lead-off bowler bowls on the wrong lane and the error is discovered before another bowler has bowled, a dead ball will be declared, and the bowler will re-bowl on the correct lane. If multiple bowlers have bowled on the wrong lane, the game will proceed without adjustments, and the next game will start on the correct lane.

  1. Tie-Breaker
    1. In the event of a tie, the team with the highest single-game score will be declared the winner. If the tie persists, the next highest single-game score will be considered, and this process will continue until the tie is broken.
