Event Description
LEARN TO SAFE A LIFE
- 4-hour CPR & AED Certification Course (including theory & practical)
- Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate valid for two years
- For Singapore citizens or PRs aged 14 years old and above (based on birth date)
- Fully subsidised course
- Open only to Forest Spring, Melody Spring Meadow Spring residents

Important Notes:
- Expectant Mothers will not be accepted to this course due to safety concerns/restriction.
- Course is not ideal for residents who has knee or back problem. Participants are required to kneel and perform 180 continuous chest compressions.
- Participants are required to achieve full attendance to be eligible to take the theory and practical tests.
- Participants are advised to be suitably attired so as to allow unhindered movement during first aid practice. Female participants are advised to wear pants or slacks.
- Participants who are late more than 30-minutes will not be allowed to sit for the course.
