Programme Name: Discovering The Leader In Me® Powered by: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens®
Programme Overview: A 2-day programme grounded in Sean Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens®, designed to help youths shift from drifting through life to taking charge of it.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to take responsibility for their choices and outcomes, manage time, stress, and competing demands, make values-based decisions in the face of peer and social pressures, set meaningful goals and follow through with them, build healthier relationships through empathy and communication, and practise real-life problem-solving through interactive activities and peer discussions.
Ideal For: Youths in Polytechnic, ITE, JC, university, and other full-time learning institutions, aged 17 to 24 years old.
