4. The registration fees as follows

REGISTRATION
5)      The maximum entry is 12 teams based on first come first serve basis.
6)      Registration shall be done via the onePA platform ONLY.
7)      Registration by any other method(s) will NOT be accepted.
8)      No refund of registration fee will be entertained.
9)      The closing date for registration is Sunday, 20 September 2026.
ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
10)    The tournament is opened to Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs) and non-Singapore Citizens residing in Singapore with valid passes (Student Pass, Long Term Pass, Dependent’s Pass, Work Permit, S Pass or Employment Pass) only. 

11)    Current National players and players who have represented Singapore in SEA Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games, SEA Championships, Asian Championships, Commonwealth Championships and World Championships from year 2019 – 2025 are not eligible to participate.


FORMAT OF PLAY
12)    A team match shall consist of 3 matches:

2.	Men’s Doubles	Open (no age restriction)
3.	Masters Mixed Doubles	40 years & above (Born on or before 31 Dec 1984)

*The playing sequence will be the same as the above.
Players are not allowed to repeat, so need to field at least 6 players

TOURNAMENT SYSTEM
13)    Participating teams will be drawn into groups of 3 or 4.
14)    All matches shall be played to best-of-5 games of 11 points each. 
15)    The matches will be played in two stages. The first stage is group round robin and the second stage is single knock-out. In the first stage, all matches will be played whereas in the second stage, match will end when a team has won 2 matches out of 3 ties.
16)    The final standings shall be determined according to ITTF guidelines.
17)    Each team is allowed to register up to 8 players 
18)    Players are NOT allowed to repeat in each team match.
19)    Amendments to Team Registration may be allowed before 9 October 2026 (Friday) at 12:00noon for valid reasons with supporting documents. The new player(s) must not have any records of registration in any teams registered for the competition.
20)    No walk-over as a team is allowed. A team will not be allowed to continue once the team concedes a walk-over in any stage of the competition. All match results involving the absent team will be treated as scratched. For all the walk-over matches, prize money and placing shall be forfeited.
21)    The tournament shall be run in accordance with the latest rules and regulations of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).  Rules and regulations of the ITTF can be downloaded from www.ittf.com.
22)    The ITTF approved 3-Star D40+ mm white balls shall be used during the tournament.
23)    No white apparels (shirt and shorts) are allowed.  Players who fail to conform shall be disqualified.
24)    It is not mandatory to wear uniform team attire. Teams are encouraged to wear T-shirts of the same colour.
25)    Umpires will be provided only from Quarter-finals onwards. A referee team shall be present throughout.

FIXTURES
27)    An open draw of tournament fixtures will be conducted on Saturday, 10 October 2026 via Zoom, at 7.00pm.  All are welcome to witness the draw.
28)    Fixtures will be emailed to all team managers. 
PRIZE PRESENTATION
29)    The Prize Presentation Ceremony shall be held immediately after the finals of the events.
30)    All prize winners MUST be present personally at the ceremony in neat attire (no singlet, slippers and sandals) in order to receive the prize. Failing which, the Organizing Committee reserves the right not to award the prizes

SUPPLEMENTARY RULES
33)    All Team Managers/Captains must report to officials’ table at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match to collect their team line-up.
34)    Teams shall submit the line-up form 25 minutes before the scheduled time.
35)    Teams whose team line-up are not submitted 10 minutes before the scheduled time will have their line-up pre-filled in descending order according to the team registration list.
36)    There shall not be any grace period. If a player is not present for his or her match in a team match, he or she will concede a walkover for that tie and the match will proceed to play the next preceding tie.
37)    Team Managers/Captains shall be responsible for the proper control and good conduct of their players and supporters.
38)    In the event of any dispute, the match shall be played under protest, and the organizing committee shall determine the matter on receipt of the protest in writing, together with the protest fee $50, within thirty (30) minutes after that match. The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and there shall be no further appeal.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
39)    By agreeing to participate in this tournament, you are granting Sembawang West CSN permission to use your images for promotional and publicities purposes.
40)    The Organizing Committee has the absolute rights to include, delete or change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
41) The participants shall be responsible to provide accurate information during registration as required. The Organiser may conduct random checks on the eligibility and accuracy of entries. Player(s) found ineligible or have provided inaccurate information may be disqualified.
