Join us for an interactive talk to discover how familiar meals can be adapted to support individuals with chewing and swallowing difficulties, while keeping food enjoyable and nutritious.

Meet the Speaker

Shaun Foo – Co-Founder of 5 Senses

Shaun has extensive experience in the food and hospitality sector, with a strong interest in creating inclusive dining experiences.

Through SUSS's Inclusive Dining initiative, he worked with SUSS to develop and pilot dysphagia-friendly menu options, demonstrating how familiar dishes can be adapted for individuals with chewing and swallowing difficulties without compromising taste, presentation or enjoyment.

He will share practical insights into preparing meals that promote dignity, inclusion and quality of life.
