Requirements 要求 :

• For Cheng San residents aged 60 & above only. Residents aged 80 & above must provide a doctor’s letter certifying that they are mentally capable of making an LPA.
• Must have a mobile phone and be able to login to Singpass.
• Must complete the online LPA application and submit it via the LPA website before attending the session: https://opg.eservice.msf.gov.sg/

• 仅限于宏茂桥静山选区60岁及以上的居民。
• 80岁及以上居民需提供医生证明书，以确认申请者在精神清醒的心智状况下申请LPA。
• 必须拥有手机, 并能够登入 Singpass。
