2.00pm to 7.00pm (Set Up at 1.00pm / Clear by 8.00pm)
Canberra CC MPH (Movie Screening at 2.00pm and 4.00pm)

$20 per booth (include 1 Table and 2 Chairs)

Successful applicants will be contacted by the Organiser to provide more details.

Terms and Conditions

• Stall allocations will be determined by the Organiser.
• Applicants to specify what types of goods they are selling: Eg. clothes, collectibles, handicrafts, decoration items, accessories, etc. 
• Items related to religious, political, financial and property are strictly NOT allowed.
• NO refund of registration fees if applicant does not turn up on the day of the event.
• NO electrical outlets or power supply will be provided.
• Applicants MUST display their merchandise strictly within their demarcated stall area.
• Stallholders are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance at their discretion. The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, accidents or theft, loss and/or damage to the property on display or to the applicants occurring before, during or after the event.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reject any application.  
• Applicants failing to observe the rules or found to be conducting business in a fraudulent or objective manner will be asked to leave. NO refund will be given.
• The sale of alcohol, pirated goods, raw food, cooked food, drinks and other regulated items is strictly prohibited. If an applicant is found selling these items, they will be asked to leave the event. NO refund will be given.
• Strictly NO dried/pre-packed food/drinks are allowed to be sold at the event site.
• E-payments are encouraged for all transactions.
