Venue: Botanic Gardens Learning Forest
Signup fee: $3/pax
One-way transportation is provided from Buona Vista CC at 8:55am.
Forest bathing* (shinrin-yoku, 森林浴) is the practice of immersing your senses in a forested environment to promote mental & physical well-being.
Complementary Mr Coconut drink and refreshments for all participants at the end of the walk.
