Event Description
Have you attended our recent LPA sharing session? If so, you may now register for the LPA Certification Session.
This session allows eligible residents to complete the certification component required for their LPA application. An authorised Certificate Issuer will be present to guide residents through the process and answer any final questions before certification.
As places are limited, registration is open only to residents who attended the recent LPA talk conducted at Bukit Batok East CC.
Eligibility Criteria
This certification session is open only to residents who have attended:
• The Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Talks held on 23 August 2026 (Sunday) at Bukit Batok East; or
• Any LPA awareness session organised by Bukit Batok East RNs during 2025 or 2026.
Residents may be required to provide details of the session they attended for verification purposes.
