Event Description

Dandiya Night 2026 Mini Bazaar

Date: 24 October 2026, Saturday

Time: 5.30pm – 9.30pm
Vendors are to report for setup from 4.30pm onwards.

Venue: Buangkok CC Level 3, Community Hall

Fees: $75 per stall
3m by 3m table will be provided

📌 Mini Baazar Rules 

  • Stall spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Stall fee is $75 per stall.

  • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.

  • Vendors may report and begin stall setup from 4.30pm. All stalls must be ready by 5.30pm.

  • The Mini Bazaar will operate from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

  • Vendors may sell suitable items such as clothing, jewellery, accessories, gifts, handicrafts, lifestyle items.

  • Vendors must accurately declare the items they intend to sell during registration.

  • Vendors are only permitted to sell items declared during registration.

  • Counterfeit, imitation or inauthentic products are strictly prohibited.

  • Products that are illegal, obscene, pornographic, political or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Organiser are strictly prohibited.

  • Stall allocations will be determined by the Organiser. Requests for specific stall locations cannot be accommodated.

  • Stall allocations are final and non-transferable.

  • All tables, racks, displays and merchandise must remain within the allocated stall space.

  • Walkways, emergency access points and neighbouring stalls must be kept clear at all times.

  • Vendors found selling undeclared or prohibited items may be required to remove the items or cease operations.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend or rearrange stall allocations where necessary for the smooth operation of the event.

  • The Organiser's decision on stall allocation and the suitability of items for sale shall be final.

  • The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vendors' merchandise, equipment or personal belongings.


📋 Vendor Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable Mini Bazaar for everyone, all vendors are required to comply with the following:

Eligibility & Products

  • Vendors may only sell items declared during registration.

  • Suitable items include clothing, jewellery, accessories, gifts, handicrafts, lifestyle items and other non-food merchandise.

  • Food and beverage items are strictly not permitted.

  • Counterfeit, imitation or inauthentic products are strictly prohibited.

  • Illegal, obscene, pornographic, political or other inappropriate products are strictly prohibited.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to determine whether an item is suitable for sale.

Stall Setup & Operations

  • Vendors may report and begin setting up from 4.30pm.

  • All stalls must be fully set up and ready by 5.30pm.

  • Vendors must remain within their allocated stall space.

  • Tables, racks, displays and merchandise must not obstruct walkways, emergency access points or neighbouring stalls.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their stall area clean and tidy throughout the event.

  • Vendors should ensure that their stall is attended throughout the Mini Bazaar.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment and personal belongings.

  • Vendors must clear their stall area and dispose of all rubbish appropriately at the end of the event.

Stall Allocation

  • Stalls are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  • Requests for specific stall locations cannot be accommodated.

  • Stall allocations are final and non-transferable.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to rearrange stall locations where necessary for operational or safety reasons.

Compliance

  • Vendors found selling undeclared or prohibited items may be instructed to remove the items immediately.

  • Vendors must comply with instructions from the Organiser and event personnel.

  • Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in the vendor being required to cease operations.

  • The Organiser's decision on stall allocation, operations and suitability of items for sale shall be final.

A: Successful vendors will be informed of their stall allocation and relevant event details before the event.


📄 Terms & Conditions

By registering to participate in the PA entity event where photography, video and audio recordings may occur.

By registering for and participating in this event, you hereby consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other such purpose(s) that the People's Association (“PA”), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit for its use. You also hereby agree to release the PA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the PA’s event premises, you also agree to waive all rights that you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these recorded materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo(s), video(s), or audio recording(s) taken by PA or the person or entity designated to do so by the PA.

In addition, this event will be monitored for unauthorised recording. By attending the event or entering the event premises, you agree not to make any photo, video or audio recordings or digitise any parts of the event and/or event presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you hereby agree to your immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any such recording device in consequence.
