he Bliss Blend Aromatherapy Roll-On Workshop invites residents to explore the calming world of essential oils through a guided, hands-on experience. This project nurtures mindfulness, strengthens the relationship with self, and encourages open conversations around mental wellness in a supportive community setting. Facilitated by our experienced trainer, participants will learn the basics of aromatherapy and create their own personalized 5ml essential oil roll-on — a tangible self-care tool to carry home as a reminder of balance and inner calm.
