Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
1. The RN facilities should NOT be booked for any religious/political activities or commercial use such as corporate functions or staff briefings/gatherings.
2. No sub-letting or transfer of booking to a third party (non-residents) is allowed.
3. The RN facilities are to be cleaned up after use.
4. Noise levels are to be maintained at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbouring blocks.
5. No refund and no change of date.
6. BKV RN shall not be liable of any claims in respect to interruption in any service and/or loss of property, injury or death in the course of the function held.
7. BKV RN has the priority to fully utilize the place for any residents' activities or events even upon earlier booking of the room. A full payment will then be refunded.
