Event Description
HPB HAPPY Program (different from RSVP Happy Program)
This will NOT be a first-come, first-served event, as this is prioritised for pre-frail to frail seniors.
Assessment Date and Time: 6th May 2026 (Wednesday) 11.30am - 1pm
Session Date: 20th May 2026 - 12th Aug 2026 (Every Wed) 11.30am - 12.30pm
It is a seated exercise + dual task activities (cognitive and physical activities)
Requirement:
1. Above 50 years old
2. Able to walk independently or with minimal assistance (eg walking aids: limited to walking sticks, quad stick, furniture for support)
3. Is not diagnosed with cognitive conditions like Dementia, Alzheimer's disease)
