Seating will be organised by dietary preference, with separate tables allocated for Halal, Non-Halal, and Vegetarian guests.
Individual serving arrangements for Halal and Vegetarian cuisine will not be available. Residents wishing to be seated together are advised to purchase the same cuisine option.

1. Can I purchase tickets at the Community Club or Residents' Network Centre?
No. Tickets are available online only and cannot be purchased at the Community Club or Residents' Network Centre.
2. What time does the event start?
Event registration begins at 6.00 pm. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to complete the registration process.
3. What is the dress code?
The dress code is Red and White. For safety reasons, all participants are advised to wear covered shoes.
4. How do I redeem my tickets?
An SMS containing your ticket redemption details will be sent within a few days after your purchase. To redeem your physical event ticket, please present your electronic ticket (e-ticket) with the QR code at the designated redemption venue.
5. Can someone redeem my ticket on my behalf?
Yes. A representative may redeem your ticket on your behalf by presenting your e-ticket with the QR code for verification.
6. What is the deadline for ticket redemption?
The deadline for ticket redemption is 11 August 2026 (Tuesday), 5.30 pm, at Bishan Community Club. Tickets that are not redeemed by the stated deadline will be forfeited, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
