Tournament is open to all who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and foreign employees with valid S pass/employment pass or work permit.

Bento lunch will be provided to all players.

Gold, silver, bronze medals to be presented to winners of the event.

Supplementary Rules

• All teams shall report to the registration desk 15 minutes before the start of their session.
• All teams are required to produce their identification documents for verification.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to interpret or amend the rules and regulations of the tournament at any time.
• All matters arising and any matters not covered in these rules shall be deliberated upon by the Organising Committee and its decision shall be final and binding on all participating Clubs/Organisation.
• The Organising Committee shall reserve the power to refuse entries without assigning any reason, to add to, or to alter the conditions and to seed the draw.  It’s decision on all matters shall be final.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and / or time of the tournament at its discretion due to inclement weather, facility problem or any other situation deemed as appropriate.
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to use any photograph(s) / video(s) taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph(s) / video(s).

The Organising Committee may use the photograph(s) / video(s) in publication(s) or other media material(s) produced, used, or contracted by the Organizers, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
