Event Description
BBQ Pit Booking
i) Only Weekend slots In June are opened for booking. Pls contact Fernvale Zone H RN at 8666 0167, if you keen to book other weekdays.
ii) Fernvale Zone H RN will get back to you on your booking (after paymnet is made) within 3 working days.
$15 Per BBQ Pit
From 4pm to 10pm
Pit A- located at blk 447B (Near SATA)
Pit B- located near blk 448A
By booking our BBQ Pit, you acknowledge the following:
1) BBQ pit(s) MUST BE booked minimum 1 week ahead and no more than 1 month in advance, and it will be assigned on "first-come-first serve" basis.
2) BBQ pit(s) are allowed for usage between 4.00pm to 10.00pm daily.
3) Booking must be done in person with NRIC (*Eligibility 18 years old and above).
4) Booking is onlyfor residents residing within Fernvale Zone H estate and is subjected to availability.
5) Booking is strictly non-transferable, and no sub-letting is allowed.
6) Main apllicant and members of the group must all vacate the BBQ pit area within 1 hour,after the booking period ends.
7) Main applicant is responsible to maintain the general cleanliness of the BBQ pit(s) and the surrounding area, to ensure that no damage is caused during the period of usage. The RN reserve the right to charge the main applicant for cleaning, repairs or replacement of equipment, if damaged.
8) Residents gathering at the BBQ pit(s) must must not create noise, disturbances, disruptions, or inconvenience to other residents within the area and around the BBQ pits.The People's Association and Fernvale Zone H RN shall not be held responsible for any injury, mishap, accident, or loss of property during the usage of the BBQ pit(s).
9) The RN reserves the right to cancel the booking should the need arises due to non-compliance use of BBQ pit(s) & facilities and has the right to request for main applicant, residents and/or their guests to leave the area immediately.
10) The main applicant will be held responsible for the group's compliance with all prevailing Safe Management Measures, wherever applicable.
11) There must be no more than 20 persons at each BBQ pit at any one time.
