Event Details
• Date: Sunday, 19 July 2026
• Time: 9am to 12noon (Reporting starts 30 minutes before roll-off)
• Venue:
Westwood Bowl, Civil Service Club, 91 Bukit Batok West Avenue 2, Singapore 659206
• Registration Fee: $60 per Team (Non-refundable)
• Closing Date: 10 July 2026
1. Team Composition & Cluster Residency Rules
To promote neighborhood bonding within our local zone, all participating teams must strictly adhere to the following composition criteria:
• Team Size: Exactly four (4) players per team.
• Bukit Batok East Representation: Every team must include at least one (1) resident living in Bukit Batok East.
• Cluster Representation: Either maximum three (3) players on the team must reside within the Jurong East-Bukit Batok cluster OR two (2) JEBB residents and ONE (1) non-JEBB resident for each team.
• Gender Inclusivity: Teams cannot be single-gender. There must be at least one (1) player of the opposite gender on every roster (e.g., 3 men and 1 woman, or 3 women and 1 man, or 2 men and 2 women.
• Pro Exclusion: No current/former National (less than 5 years) or Professional Bowlers.

Official Organiser Indemnity, Media Release & Parental Consent ClauseBy submitting this registration form, all individual participants (and their parents or legal guardians where applicable) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Voluntary Participation & Fitness: We declare that all team members are physically fit to participate. We understand that bowling involves physical exertion and inherent risks, and choose to compete entirely at our own risk.
2. Limitation of Liability: We hereby release and hold harmless the Bukit Batok East Community Sports Network (CSN), the Jurong East-Bukit Batok cluster network, the People's Association (PA), the Constituency Office, the venue management, event sponsors, and all appointed volunteers from any claims or liabilities arising from personal injury, medical emergency, illness, or death sustained during the event.
3. Property Loss or Damage: The Organisers and the venue operator shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property, including customized bowling balls, bags, shoes, or electronic devices.
4. Media and Publicity Consent: We grant the Organisers full permission to capture photographs and video recordings of our team during the event. We agree that these materials may be used for promotional, archival, or publicity purposes across social media platforms, websites, and community newsletters without compensation.
5. Age Limit: 12 years and above
6. Parental / Legal Guardian Consent: For any team member who is a minor under 18 years of age on the day of the event, their parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read these terms, give full consent for the minor to participate, and accept all tournament terms and indemnity conditions on the minor's behalf.
7. No current/former (less than 5 years) National or Professional bowlers is/are registered.
