Sometimes emotions are difficult to explain, especially for children. This art therapy workshop offers a gentle space for families to slow down, connect, and express what words sometimes cannot.

Through colours, shapes, and creative processes, participants will be guided to explore their inner world and grow more aware of themselves and each other.

For parents, a child's drawing can become a starting point for observation, conversation, and a deeper understanding of how your child experiences the world. Art creates space for empathy, trust, and meaningful connection, supporting emotional well-being along the way.
