Prohibitions
- The display and / or sale of animals (including ornamental fish), foods/drinks, alcohol, flammable items, religious items or other regulated items at fairs is prohibited.
- The sale of any article depicting tobacco brands at fairs is prohibited.
- Stalls selling video tapes, laser discs, video CDs have obtained approval from the Media Development Authority (MDA).
- Stalls selling cassette tapes and CDs to obtain a licence from the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) for the transmission of recorded music.
- Foreigners holding social visit passes cannot set up stalls and conduct sales at the fair.
- Organsiers will not be responsible for any dispute between the buyer and seller.
- Organisers have the right to halt stall operation if any of the rules and regulation is violated.
- Please bring along confirmation ticket for verification on the flea market day.
