Eligibility
This programme is for eligible residents of Tampines Boulevard who fall under at least one of the following categories:
1.Blue CHAS Card holders
2.Residents receiving assistance under local assistance schemes
Please note: ComLink+ families should not register under this Tampines Boulevard allocation as they will be engaged separately through MSF.
Please sign up only if you meet the stated eligibility criteria. Eligibility may be verified before your registration is confirmed.
Registration is subject to eligibility and availability of places.
Programme Highlights
1. Interactive Healthy Eating Sharing
2. $110 worth of NTUC/FairPrice grocery vouchers per beneficiary household
A buddy volunteer from ABS will accompany each beneficiary during the programme
Each registered beneficiary will receive one HPB My Healthy Plate
Beneficiaries may purchase from the range of products available at the participating FairPrice outlet, subject to programme exclusions such as tobacco and alcohol.
Important
Only invited and eligible residents should register.
Each registered beneficiary may bring one family member to assist them and carry groceries.
Please register only if you intend to attend, as volunteers and other resources will be arranged based on confirmed attendance.
