In this workshop, participants will learn:
- Demonstration on how to prepare clear jelly.
- Each participant hands-on with a pre-prepared 5-inch konjac jelly to create basic 3D Peony design.
- Each participant will receive a complimentary floral piping tool set worth $12.
- Light refreshment provided.
- Participant gets to get valuable tips and tricks on how to make quick fixes to your jelly creations.
- Instructor will recommend selected brand of ingredients to use.
- Instructor and ingredients fee all inclusive.
- Min age 12 years old (need to handle hot coloured jelly mixtures during class).
- Get the essential skills of proper handling of the jelly syringe, hand positioning and movement, and techniques of applying the correct pressure on the syringe.
