Event Description
Requirement:
- Age: > 6 YO
- Children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult
- Must be ambulatory without walking aid
- able to walk 3 km without issues
- At least 1 litre of water
- Cap/hat
- Mosquito repellent
- Personal 1st aid
- Snacks
- Raincoat or poncho (umbrella is not recommended)
- Hiking poles (optional)
- Gloves (optional)
- Covered hiking or walking shoes (those with slippers or sandals will be turned away)
- Long pants
- slippery, muddy and wet
