Event Terms & Conditions

Ticketing & Admission

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Each ticket entitles the participant to a goodie bag, redeemable on-site during the event
• Goodie bags must be collected on the event day during the event hours. Any unclaimed goodie bags will not be replaced or refunded

Event Programme

• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, activities, or event timing without prior notice

Safety & Conduct

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings throughout the event
• Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos will be taken during the event for publicity and archival purposes by the People’s Association and its partners. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images in such materials
